While studies on this matter are still limited, to say the least, one thing is certain: CBD oils show no side effects in treating various health conditions. Not many people know this, but the side effects caused by CBD oils you may have heard of are actually caused by another medication you may be using at the same time!

Therefore, your daily intake of CBD oils can be only beneficial for your health! The best thing about this natural remedy is that it is versatile and can be used for treating a great number of different diseases and health conditions. For example, while you can use CBD for anxiety, you can also use it in order to treat acne, epilepsy, or even as an addition to your cancer treatment!

Another great thing about these oils is that you can easily use them in your day to day diet just by adding a few drops into your meal or drink! CBD Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 handful fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • CBD oil to taste
  • a squeeze of lemon (optional)

Instructions:

Bring the water to a near boil.

Place your mint in a jar or a glass container and pour the water over the mint.

Steep the leaves for about 10 minutes before removing them.

Let your mint tea sit for about half an hour before adding your CBD oil.

Once the tea is done cooling completely, serve it with some mint leaves for decoration.

CBD Chocolate Coconut Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 10 to 20 mg CBD oil, or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions:

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat until it is liquefied.

You can then start whisking the cocoa powder in the coconut oil until there are no lumps. If you are using any sweetener, add it to the mix and stir everything until it is fully dissolved.

Take a silicon muffin pan and evenly pour the mixture into six cups. Refrigerate until the cocoa mix is solid.

While you wait, melt the coconut butter until it is just liquefied. You can then remove it from heat and add the CBD oil.

Then remove the cocoa mix from the fridge and pour the CBD oil mixture on top of each cup.

Refrigerate everything again for about half an hour (or until firm).

CBD Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 oz. unflavored CBD oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp. hot water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

Start off by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the wet ingredients (white sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and CBD oil) until the mixture is creamy. You can then beat in the eggs and stir in your vanilla extract.

Add the flour to your batter until it is fully combined. Then dissolve the baking soda in lukewarm water and stir it into the batter, with the salt.

Then fold in the chocolate chips.

Place the parchment paper onto the baking sheet, spoon your batter onto the sheet, and make sure to leave about two inches between each dollop.

Bake your cookies for about 10 minutes or until they start to appear golden brown.
