You and your loved ones will adore Sativa Snickerdoodles. They may not be the most nutritious choice, but who cares? Everyone deserves to indulge once in awhile.
- 8 ounces cannabutter, unsalted room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ¾ cup granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with baking parchment. In bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together. Set aside. In small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon and ¼ cup sugar. Set aside. In mixing bowl, with an electric mixer beat remaining 1 ½ cups sugar and cannabutter on medium until smooth and fluffy (2 minutes). Add eggs and beat till smooth. Stir in flour; beat until combined. Shape dough into 1 ½-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on baking sheets. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes.
