Looking for a dessert that is a little healthier? Look no further! Dipped fruit offers you the same sweetness you expect from any dessert, but it cuts out a lot of the excess calories. Chocolate and fruit fit together like matching puzzle pieces. You get to indulge a little, but you certainly will not use all of your daily calories. Isn’t that how dessert should be?
This healthy option is very easy to make. Featuring fruit and just a little chocolate, Dank Dipped Fruit is not your average edible. It is fairly healthy… except for the little bit of chocolate that is used. The fruit is sweet enough to properly balance the taste of marijuana as well.
With this simple recipe, you will learn how to make edibles in a whole new way. Modern and healthy, this dessert is a dish you can feel good about. Your favorite fruits are waiting!
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 pound of strawberries (or fruit of choice)
In two medium, microwave-safe bowls, add semisweet chocolate and white chocolate. Add cannabis-infused coconut oil to the chocolate bowl. Place each bowl in the microwave at half power for 1 minute, stir, and then heat for 1 more minute, or until melted. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Dip fruit into dark chocolate, then set on parchment paper. Dip a fork into white chocolate and drizzle over chocolate-coated fruit. Place in refrigerator until firm.
