How To Make Blueberry Yum-Yum Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons melted cannabutter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Vegetable oil, for cooking
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Recipe:

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Beat eggs in a medium bowl and whisk in buttermilk and melted cannabutter. Pour the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients mixture and whisk until all dry ingredients are moist (batter should be lumpy). Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat and coat with vegetable oil. Pour ¼ cup of the batter for each pancake on the pan and place 6-8 blueberries on each pancake. Cook until golden brown, then flip and do the same. Serve immediately with maple syrup.
